1. Personalizing exercise instructions
- Edit Instructions: Click on the exercise to open its details from the exercise library, then edit the instructions as needed.
- Save Changes: After making edits, remember to save the changes to update the exercise instructions.

2. Adding custom demo videos
You have two options for adding custom demo videos to exercises:
Option A: Add YouTube videos
- Upload to YouTube: Upload your demo video to your YouTube channel
- Copy Video URL: Copy the URL of the YouTube video
- Paste Video URL: Paste the YouTube video URL into the "Exercise Video" field
- Save Changes: Save the changes to update the exercise with the YouTube video
Option B: Upload your own videos
- Select Upload Option: Choose the upload video option in the exercise details
- Choose Video File: Select your custom video file from your device (MP4, MOV, or other common video formats)
- Upload Video: The video will be uploaded and attached to the exercise
- Save Changes: Save the changes to update the exercise with your custom video
Note: Ensure that the visibility setting of the YouTube video is set to "Public" or "Unlisted" for it to play properly. "Private" videos will not be accessible.
