In Fitsly's workout builder, you have the flexibility to customize exercise sets using labels such as warm-up, dropset, or failure sets. These labels help communicate the intended intensity level of each set and can be beneficial in tailoring workouts to individual client needs. Here's how to use them effectively:

1. Assigning set labels

  1. Hover over Set Number: For the exercise set, hover over the desired set number.
  2. Click Dropdown Arrow: Click the dropdown arrow to open the options menu.
  3. Select Set Label: Choose from regular, warm-up, dropset, or failure set labels.

Set Labels Explained:

  • Regular Set: Standard set with the prescribed weight and repetitions.
  • Warm-up Set: Lighter set performed before the working sets to prepare muscles and joints for heavier loads.
  • Dropset: A technique where the weight is reduced immediately after reaching muscle failure, allowing for additional repetitions.
  • Failure Set: A set performed until the muscle reaches failure, indicating the inability to complete any more repetitions with proper form.

By incorporating these set labels into your workouts, you can effectively manage intensity levels, tailor workouts to individual needs, and optimize training outcomes.
