Fitsly vs My PT Hub

How Fitsly and My PT Hub compare on price at 10, 50 and 200 clients, what each plan includes, and which coach each one suits.

If you are comparing Fitsly and My PT Hub, the first thing you need is the price at your own client count, because the two platforms charge on different shapes. My PT Hub's main plan is a flat monthly fee with no client cap. Fitsly's price steps up as your roster grows. The second thing you need is what each price includes, and that is where the comparison is decided for most coaches.

The short version
01

Fitsly is cheaper than My PT Hub up to about 100 clients, and every feature is on every plan. Fitsly is $39 a month for 20 clients and $69 for 50, with nutrition, payments, forms, habits, automations, messaging and coach branding all included. My PT Hub Premium is $105 a month for unlimited clients, as of September 2026 from their US pricing page, with white label and Check-Ins AI sold as add-ons or bundled into Ultimate at $329.

02

Above roughly 100 clients My PT Hub's flat rate is the cheaper bill. At 200 clients it is $105 against Fitsly's $229. What the Fitsly coach gets for the difference is one price that never moves when they use more of the product, and a coach app that does the whole job on iOS and Android.

03

Your own branding is free on Fitsly and $145 on My PT Hub. A standalone app under your own name is $199 a month on Fitsly and $225 a month on My PT Hub Premium — $268 against $330 at 50 clients.

Where the My PT Hub numbers come from

The My PT Hub figures in this article are from their US pricing page as of September 2026: Starter $40, Premium $105 and Ultimate $329 a month, or $36, $90 and $309 on annual billing. My PT Hub also publishes a EUR price list — €25, €59 and €215 — and several comparison articles, including an earlier version of this one, quoted those as USD. They are not. Open the pricing page yourself, in your own region, with the billing set to monthly, before you quote a number at anyone.

Pricing across client counts

Fitsly's ladder is published in full and does not change with features. My PT Hub Premium is a flat fee. Side by side, the shape of the difference is clearer than any single client count.

125$159/mo$105/mo
200$229/mo$105/mo
500$419/mo$105/mo

All figures as of September 2026, monthly billing, USD. Fitsly offers two months free on annual billing and quotes custom pricing above 1,000 clients. My PT Hub Starter caps at 3 clients, 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans, so any coach with a working roster is on Premium.

The crossover sits between 75 and 125 clients. Below it Fitsly is the cheaper plan at every rung, by $66 a month at 20 clients and $36 at 50. Above it My PT Hub's price stops moving while Fitsly's keeps stepping, and at 200 clients that is $105 against $229. That is the honest number, and it is the one place in this comparison where My PT Hub costs less.

What a flat rate changes, and what one number changes

Flat pricing changes what you do with your roster. On a tiered model every new client has a marginal cost, and there is a point where signing one more person moves you up a tier. On Fitsly that step is visible: your 51st client takes you from $69 to $99. On My PT Hub Premium there is no step, so a coach running a large low-touch group or a challenge intake of forty people is not doing arithmetic before they open the doors.

Fitsly's one number is predictability of a different kind. The bill depends on one variable you already track, and it does not move when you use more of the product. There is no tier where nutrition appears, no separate charge to take payment, no upgrade that unlocks automations and no add-on for your own branding in the client app. On My PT Hub, white label and Check-Ins AI are sold separately below Ultimate, so the $105 is the plan and not necessarily the invoice.

The other thing coaches tell us the one price buys is the coach app. Every coaching task — building and assigning a program, writing a meal plan, reviewing the week's check-ins, taking a payment, setting up an automation, messaging a client — works on the Fitsly coach app on iOS and Android, not a reduced set with the rest pushed to a desktop. Coaches who have moved from platforms with a lighter mobile app tell us this is the change they notice first: the admin that used to wait for a laptop gets done between sessions.

For the same shape of decision against another uncapped plan, the Kahunas comparison covers a $99 unlimited tier with branded store listings included.

What each platform includes without an add-on

Fitsly's included list is the whole product at every tier: the training and workout builder and exercise library, meal plans and nutrition tracking with a food database and recipes, habits, check-in forms, progress photos and measurements, client management, lead capture and onboarding, payments and packages, one-to-one and group messaging, a community feed, a content vault, automations, coach branding in the client app, Apple Health sync, sub-coaches, and coach apps for iOS, Android and web. The only thing sold separately is white label at $199 a month.

On My PT Hub, what is published and verified is the tier structure. Starter includes 3 clients with a limit of 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans. Premium removes all three of those limits. Ultimate, at $329 a month, bundles every add-on including white label and Check-Ins AI, which tells you those are sold separately below it — white label is published at $225 a month on Premium. Custom branding, meaning your icon and colours inside the My PT Hub app, is a $145 one-time add-on.

We have not verified My PT Hub's feature inclusions plan by plan beyond that, so this article does not claim anything about them. If a specific tool is the reason you are choosing — a particular integration, a particular kind of form, video calling — check it on their own site, including which tier it sits on.

Fitsly has no in-platform video calling. Coaches run calls on Zoom or Google Meet and share the link in chat.

Branded apps: two different products

"Branded app" means two different things, and both platforms sell both. Custom branding is your logo, colours and name inside the vendor's app, which clients still download under the vendor's name. White label is a standalone app on the App Store and Google Play under your own name, with no vendor branding anywhere.

If all you want is your name and colours on the app your clients open, Fitsly includes it and My PT Hub charges $145 for a version that still shows their name in the store. If you want your own store listing, Fitsly is the cheaper of the two up to 200 clients, where the flat rate catches up.

Where My PT Hub suits a coach

A roster well past 100 clients, run on a flat rate. At 125 clients Premium is $105 against Fitsly's $159, and at 200 it is $105 against $229. A coach whose business model is volume — large groups, challenges, low-touch programs sold to a lot of people — gets a bill that does not follow the roster.

A coach who needs the tools sold on Ultimate. If Check-Ins AI or another Ultimate inclusion is the reason you are shopping, that is a My PT Hub product and Fitsly does not sell an equivalent. Check what sits on which tier before pricing it.

Where Fitsly suits a coach

Any roster up to about 100 clients. From 4 to 75 clients Fitsly is the cheaper plan, and it is cheaper with everything switched on: $39 for 20 clients and $69 for 50, with nutrition, payments, forms, habits, automations and your own branding in the client app all included. Against a $105 Premium that sells branding and white label separately, that is a smaller bill and a shorter invoice.

Full-service coaching from a phone. Programming, macros, weekly check-ins, habits, taking payment and automated onboarding are the shape Fitsly is priced for, and every one of them runs on the coach app on iOS and Android. Coaches who work between sessions rather than at a desk tell us the week's check-ins are the clearest example: the form, the photos, the week's training and the food log land in one review queue, so the reply is written in the time it used to take to find the data, and it reaches the client in the app and in chat.

A coach who wants requests built. The other thing coaches who have moved across tell us is that things they ask for turn up in a release rather than on a roadmap, and that updates land on both stores without the app breaking underneath them. That is what they say, not a measured claim, and the 14-day trial is the way to test it.

A coach who wants their own store listing at a real roster. $268 at 50 clients against $330 on My PT Hub Premium, with your branding included on the plan underneath whether or not you ever take the white label.

Two other comparisons cover adjacent versions of the same trade-off: PT Distinction charges a base plus a small per-client fee and includes a branded app on its middle tier, and Hevy Coach starts at $25 a month for up to 10 clients and coaches through the standard Hevy app.

If you are switching

The work in a platform switch is never the export. It is the clients. Every one of them downloads a new app, sets up a new login, and either does it in the first 48 hours or needs chasing, and that is where a migration loses people.

Three things make it go better. Move between program blocks rather than mid-block, so nobody is halfway through a phase when the app changes. Give a week of notice with a date on it, not a vague heads-up. And rebuild your three most-used templates before the first invite goes out, because a client who logs in to an empty account on day one is a client you have to re-sell.

If you are moving off a branded app or onto one, add a fourth: the store listing changes, so the download link you have been sending for two years is dead. Send the new one directly rather than telling people to search, because two similarly named apps in a store search is a support ticket per client.

Fitsly's trial is 14 days with every feature switched on, which is long enough to rebuild a program and run one real check-in cycle from your phone. Run the same test on both platforms, then check the price at your own client count on the pricing page rather than at the 50-client example used here.
