The client overview on the client page under the General tab offers valuable insights into your client's progress and preferences. Let's delve into each panel to understand its functionality:
Overview Panel
The Overview panel provides a quick snapshot of the client's activity and engagement:
Activity Cards at the top display:
- Workouts completed in the last 7 days
- Workouts completed in the last 30 days
- Workouts assigned for the next 7 days
Recent Activity section below shows recent notifications relevant to the client such as workout completions, metric updates, and any other updates made by the client.

Profile Panel
The Profile panel displays and allows you to manage the client's personal information:
Client Information (viewable):
- Join date - when the client started with you
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Age (calculated from date of birth)
Training Type (editable):
- Select whether the client is Online, In-Person, or Hybrid (a mix of both)
Personal Details (editable):
- Name (first and last)
- Date of birth
- Sex
- Height
- Activity level
Account Management:
- Archive option - archives the client which will give them limited access to the app

Goals & Notes Panel
This panel contains three important sections for managing client information:
- Goals (Shared with client): Set and update the client's fitness and health goals that they can view in their app
- Notes (Private): Add notes for your own reference that are not shared with the client
- Limitations (Private): Record any injuries, health concerns, or physical limitations that are not shared with the client

Unit Settings Panel
The Unit Settings panel allows you to customize measurement preferences for the client:
- Weight Units: Choose between pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kg)
- Length Units: Select between imperial (inches/feet) or metric (centimeters/meters)
Date Settings Panel
The Date Settings panel lets you configure time and date preferences:
- Date Format: Choose how dates are displayed for this client
- Timezone: Set the client's timezone to ensure accurate scheduling and notifications
