What question types can I add to a form?
Add any of the 12 answer types to a form, mark questions required, reorder them, and know which types public forms can't use.
A form can mix any of 12 answer types, and there's no cap on how many questions it holds. Two of those types write straight into the client's profile, which is what makes check-ins useful beyond the answers themselves.
Questions are added in the form editor on the web dashboard.
Add a question to a form
- In the form editor, add a question and pick an answer type.
- Write the question text — up to 300 characters.
- Configure anything the type needs, such as dropdown options or progress photo poses.
- Optionally tick Make this a required field.
- Add the question, then drag question rows to reorder them.
The 12 answer types

Set up Body Metric and Progress Photos questions
A Body Metric question points at exactly one metric — body composition, measurements, vitals and lifestyle, or one of your custom metrics. The answer updates the client's body metrics, dated to the submission.
A Progress Photos question can request specific poses in any combination. With no poses selected, clients can upload any photos. The answers are added to the client's progress photos.

Quick-add a suggested question
Suggestion chips sit under the questions list in the editor. One click adds a pre-written question, and you can edit it afterwards like any other.
Edit or delete a question
Every question setting is editable from its row, and the required toggle can be flipped inline without opening the question. Deleting asks for confirmation.
Quick answers
Does editing a question change answers already submitted?
No. Each submission keeps the questions exactly as they were at the moment it was sent.
