To archive a client, open their profile, switch to the Profile section under the General tab, scroll to the bottom of the form, click Archive client, and confirm.
Steps
- From the Clients list, click the client you want to archive to open their profile.
- The profile opens on the General tab. In the left sub-navigation, click Profile (the second item, below Overview).
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile form, past the personal details fields.
- Click Archive client (the button with the trash icon, next to Save Changes).
- In the Archive client confirmation modal, read the message "Are you sure you would like to archive this client?" and click Confirm.
Once confirmed, you are redirected to the Clients list. The archived client no longer appears in the active client view.
Finding archived clients later
Archived clients are filtered out of your default Clients list. To see them, open the Clients list and use the status filter to include Archived.
Things to watch out for
- The Archive client button only appears on the Profile section, not on Overview or any other tab. You also need to scroll past the form fields to see it.
- The confirmation modal does not ask for a reason or offer to reassign programs, plans, or coaching before archiving.
- Archiving takes effect immediately when you click Confirm — there is no undo prompt in the modal.
- The Archive client button is hidden if the client is already archived.
