How do I search, filter, and sort my client list?

Use the Clients page search, status and tag filters, and sorting — including 30-day workout compliance — to find clients and spot who's slipping.

The Clients page is your roster. Each row shows the client's last activity, joined date, 30-day workout compliance, last workout, coaching mode, tags, and status, ten clients per page.

Search, filter, and sort the roster

  • Search by name or email.
  • Filter by status — All, Active, Pending, or Archived, each with a count. The list opens on Active.
  • Filter by tag — open the filters popover and pick one or more tags. Clients matching any of the selected tags show.
  • Sort by Last activity, Name (A–Z), Joined at, or 30D Workout %.

Open a client's profile from the roster

Click any row, or use the row menu and choose View client. Open in new tab is available from the row menu and the right-click menu, but it's browser-only and hidden at mobile sizes.

Once you're inside a profile, the sidebar lists your clients alphabetically with its own name search and status filter — active and pending shown together by default. Opening an archived client's profile switches that filter to Archived automatically.

Read the 30D Workout % column

30D Workout % is the share of scheduled workouts a client completed over the last 30 days, excluding today. Phased-program schedules count toward the expected total even before the client starts them. Last workout shows when they last completed one.

Sort by 30D Workout % to bring the clients who are slipping to the top.

What you seeWhat it means
Green bar80% or above
Amber bar50–79%
Red bar1–49%
Plain 0Exactly 0% — scheduled workouts, none completed
Nothing was scheduled in the window, so there's nothing to measure

Clients with no compliance data sort below 0%.

Things to watch out for

Compliance is capped at 100%. If you shortened or edited a program after workouts were already completed, completions can outnumber what's now on the schedule, and the number pins at 100% rather than going over. It measures completions against the current schedule, not perfect attendance.

Day boundaries are computed in UTC, so the exact edges of the 30-day window can differ from your local calendar by up to a day.

If you work in a team, sub-coaches see only the clients assigned to them — the roster, profiles, and compliance are all scoped that way.
