To customize your general profile settings, click on your profile picture in the top right of the app, then click "Profile Settings" to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
Profile Settings Overview
Your Profile Settings page is organized into three main sections:
1. Account
Manage your personal information and account details:
- Name: Update your display name
- Email: Change your email address
- Password: Update your account password
- Profile Photo: Upload or change your profile picture
- Date of Birth: Set your date of birth
- Sex: Select your biological sex
- Height: Enter your height measurement
- Country: Select your country (affects features like food search results)
- Timezone: Set your timezone (determines when push notification reminders and other time-based features are sent)
2. Alerts
Configure your notification preferences:
- Push Notifications: Enable or disable push notifications on your device
- Email Notifications: Manage email notification preferences
3. Display
Customize how information is displayed in the app:
- Units of Length: Choose between metric (cm, m) or imperial (inches, feet) measurements
- Units of Weight: Select metric (kg, g) or imperial (lbs, oz) weight measurements
