How do I apply for a white-label app?

The White Label add-on gives you a completely separate app — your own name, icon, and store listing, published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, with no Fitsly branding anywhere. It costs $199 USD/month on top of your Fitsly plan. Your Brand kit still applies inside it.

Open Settings → Subscription and choose the White Label upgrade, or go straight to the White Label page in Settings. A White Label card on your Dashboard also links here. The application is five steps, your progress saves as you go, and nothing is charged until you submit.

Step 1 — Tell us who you are

1. Enter your app name, registered business name, country, and business registration ID.
2. Confirm you have a registered business — this must be Yes to continue.
3. Answer whether you already have Apple and Google developer accounts.

Answering "Not yet" doesn't block your application; the launch team helps you set the accounts up afterwards. The step also sets expectations: an Apple Developer account costs US$99/year and Google Play US$25 one-time, an Individual Apple account verifies in about 1–2 days, an Organization account needs a free DUNS number, and a new Google Play account requires a 14-day closed test with 12 testers before your app can go public.

Step 2 — Upload your logo and pick a splash color

1. Upload your app logo. It becomes your app icon, and must be a PNG, exactly 1024×1024 pixels, with no transparency — the uploader rejects anything else.
2. Pick your splash background color, a 6-digit hex value. Your Brand kit theme color is pre-filled.

Step 3 — Enter your store details

1. Enter a support email, shown on your store listings.
2. Optionally add your website. If you fill it in, it must start with http:// or https://.
3. Choose whether Fitsly generates your privacy policy or you supply your own URL.
4. Choose whether to use Fitsly's app description or write your own, up to 4,000 characters.

Step 4 — Accept the terms

Tick each of the eleven terms individually, then agree to the White Label Terms & License Agreement. Every box must be ticked to continue, and the boxes reset each time you return to the wizard.

The key terms: $199 USD/month in addition to your Fitsly subscription; billing starts the day you submit, covering setup and build work before your app is live; app updates are not included and cost $100 USD each; your app may not always run the latest Fitsly version; an active White Label subscription is required to keep the branded experience; and the developer accounts must be registered in your own or your business's name.

Step 5 — Submit and pay

1. Review the $199 USD/month price and the payment card on file. You can change the card here.
2. Submit. The first month is charged in full immediately, with no proration.

You need an active Fitsly subscription and a payment method on file to submit. If the card is declined, nothing is charged, your application stays in draft, and you can retry after fixing the payment method.

After a successful submission you get an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email, and land on the White Label tracker. The launch team is notified and starts reviewing.

Edit your application before you submit

Every field is editable while the application is a draft. Leaving the wizard and coming back resumes you at the first incomplete step, and you can click any step in the side rail to jump to it. The terms checkboxes always need re-ticking.

Things to watch out for

Once you submit, the wizard fields lock. Contact the launch team for any changes after that.

You have one application per account for its whole life. If yours is cancelled you restore it rather than applying again.

Any team member can open the White Label pages and submit the application, so the $199 charge can be triggered by anyone on your team.
