How do I track my app's build and release status?

Follow your White Label app from review to live on the Manage page and Dashboard, and reach the launch team when you need them.

Once you submit your White Label application, the wizard is replaced by the Manage page in Settings. That page tracks your app for the rest of its life — status, store listings, billing, and version history.

The White Label status pipeline

StatusWhat it means
DraftYou're still filling in the application; nothing has been charged
In reviewSubmitted and paid. The launch team reviews it and contacts you about developer-account setup
BuildingYour branded app is being built and submitted to the stores
LiveYour app is published. The store buttons on your Manage page and Dashboard activate the moment it is
CancelledThe subscription has ended and the branded app stops working for clients until you restore it

The status tracker shows the current status each time the page loads.

Where to track your White Label app

  1. Dashboard — a White Label card shows your current state: a promo before you apply, progress while you're in review or building, and, once live, store buttons plus quick links to manage the app or request an update.
  2. Manage page — the full picture: the status tracker, per-store status tiles for the App Store and Google Play, your billing card, and version history.

The Dashboard White Label cards appear on the web dashboard only, and only for the head coach.

Open your store listings

The App Store and Google Play buttons on the Manage page — and on the Dashboard's live card — are locked until your app status is Live. Once it is, they open your listings directly.

View your version history

The Version history card on the Manage page lists one row per released version, with its release date, per-store status pills, and expandable "What's new" notes. History is kept through cancellation, where it shows as Archived, and through a restore.

Contact the launch team

The review and building banners carry a Talk to launch team link that opens an email pre-addressed with your app's name. Use it for anything the pages don't answer — including changes to your application, which lock once you submit.

Things to watch out for

Only the cancellation email is sent automatically among the status emails, so the tracker on your Manage page can be ahead of your inbox for the review, building, and live stages. Check the page rather than waiting for a message. The submission and update-request confirmations and the payment-failure notices are separate emails and are always sent.

Any team member can open the White Label pages and act on the head coach's application — including submitting it, requesting paid updates, cancelling, and restoring. There is no permission that limits these actions, so team members can trigger the $199 and $100 charges.

The Brand kit page and the White Label settings pages are reachable through the coach mobile app's embedded dashboard, so you can track and manage your app there too. Only the Dashboard's White Label cards are hidden on mobile.
