White Label is a separate $199 USD/month subscription on top of your Fitsly plan, charged to the same card as its own charge. The billing card on the Manage page shows your plan and the White Label add-on side by side with next-charge dates and the card on file. If you're on a monthly plan, you also see a combined monthly total.
Billing starts the day you submit your application — before your app is built or live. That first month covers the setup, branding, and build work.

Request a paid app update
Your branded app doesn't update automatically when Fitsly ships new versions — it stays on the version it was built with until you request a paid update.
- On the Manage page's Version history card, click Request update · $100. The button is available once your app is live and its first version has shipped.
- Check the request modal, which shows your current version next to the latest Fitsly version, with links to the Fitsly store listings so you can see what's changed.
- Change the card if you need to, then confirm with Pay $100 & request update.
The $100 USD is charged immediately, you get a confirmation email with your next eligible update date, and the launch team is notified. Your app stays live throughout, and a pending banner shows until the new version ships.
White Label update limits
- One update every 60 days. The cooldown runs from your most recent shipped update or pending request, and only starts applying once your first paid update exists — so your first update request after going live isn't blocked by a cooldown.
- Only one request can be in progress at a time. The button stays disabled while an update is pending and doesn't re-enable until the new version ships.
- If the payment fails, nothing is recorded and you can retry with a different card. If you have no payment method on file, add one in Subscription settings first.
Cancel, reactivate, or restore White Label
- To cancel, open the Manage page's billing card, choose Cancel White Label, and confirm. The subscription ends at the end of the current billing period; your app and clients keep working until then, the billing card shows the end date, and a cancellation email is sent automatically.
- To undo a pending cancellation, choose Reactivate White Label on the billing card any time before the period ends. It's free — the subscription simply resumes renewing.
- To restore after the period has ended, confirm Restore White Label app on the restore screen that replaces the Manage page. You need an active Fitsly subscription and a payment method on file, and can change the card first.
Restoring starts a new $199 USD/month subscription charged in full immediately, and your app comes back online for clients within minutes. Nothing is rebuilt and clients don't reinstall anything.
Things to watch out for
Once your paid period ends, your clients' branded app stops working within minutes and they see a screen telling them the app is no longer available and to contact you. Nothing is deleted — your application, version history, and store listings are all kept.
If a monthly charge fails, a "White Label payment failed" notice appears with a Pay now button that opens the outstanding invoice, and you get a billing-failure email. Clients keep using the branded app while the payment is past due; access only stops if the subscription actually ends. A failed White Label payment never affects your main Fitsly subscription.
