How do I update my payment method and billing details?

Add cards, set a default, remove old ones, and edit the address and tax ID that appear on every Fitsly invoice.

Your cards and billing details sit in two sections of Settings → Subscription on the web dashboard: Payment methods and Billing information. Both are head-coach only, and the Subscription tab is hidden in the coach mobile app.

Add a payment card

  1. In Payment methods, click Add payment method.
  2. Enter the card details in the secure card field.
  3. Leave Use as default payment method on to make it the card your subscription bills to, or switch it off to just keep the card on file.

Change your default card or remove a card

  • Make default — open a card row's menu and choose Make default.
  • Remove card — from the same row menu, with a confirm step.
RuleBehaviour
Removing a non-default cardAllowed any time
Removing your default cardNot allowed while a subscription is active, or while other cards are on file — set a different default first
Card nearing expiryFitsly emails you to update it; non-default cards expiring within 3 months show an Expires soon pill

Update your billing information

  1. In Billing information, click Edit details to open the editing drawer.
  2. Fill in the fields below.
  3. Click Update billing info.
FieldNotes
CountrySelectable list
StateSelectable where the country has states, free text otherwise; cleared when the country changes
PostcodeUp to 12 characters
CityUp to 128 characters
Street addressUp to 256 characters
Apt, suite (optional)Up to 256 characters
Tax ID (optional)Pick the type, then enter the number — it's validated against that type's format

Your legal name and email come from your account and appear alongside these fields. Everything here appears on every invoice.

Things to watch out for

  • A tax ID number without a type is rejected. Choose the tax ID type first, then enter the number.
  • You always need a card on file. That's why your default card can't be deleted while a subscription is running — make another card the default, then remove the old one.
  • Card details are entered in a secure card field. Fitsly never asks you to send card numbers by email or chat.
  • White Label is billed to the same card as a separate $199/month charge, so a card change covers both.

If a renewal charge is declined, the dashboard shows a Payment failed notice with the amount and the declined card, and Fitsly emails you a link to pay. Updating the card here doesn't clear an outstanding invoice on its own — pay it from the notice, then plan changes unblock too.

Billing support is in the footer of the subscription page: email help@fitsly.com or open Live Chat.
