How do I cancel or reactivate my Fitsly subscription?
Cancel from the Current plan card, keep full access until your paid period ends, and reactivate any time before that date.
Cancelling turns off auto-renew. It doesn't cut you off — your plan stays fully usable until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Cancelling and reactivating happen on the web dashboard at Settings → Subscription. The Subscription tab is head-coach only and is hidden in the coach mobile app.
Cancel your subscription
- Go to Settings → Subscription and click Cancel subscription on the Current plan card.
- Enter a reason for cancelling. The page requires one before you can confirm, and your reason is sent to the Fitsly team.
- Confirm with Cancel plan. The confirmation shows your plan, price, and the date access runs to.
After cancelling, the Current plan card switches to Auto-renew off and shows the date your plan ends, and a countdown banner offers reactivation.
Reactivate a cancelled plan
- On the Current plan card, click Reactivate plan. It's also linked from the end-date note and the countdown banner.
- Confirm.
Your plan is no longer set to cancel and renews on its normal date, as if you'd never cancelled. Once the billing period has actually ended, reactivating is no longer offered — choose a plan again from Choose plan instead.
What happens after your plan ends
| Area | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Access | Ends on the date shown on the Current plan card |
| Client limit | Drops to 0 — actions are blocked with "Your subscription plan has expired. Please upgrade to a paid plan to continue." |
| Open invoices | Voided |
| Invoice history | Stays available |
| Team members | Blocked with a "Billing isn't active for this workspace yet" notice until you choose a plan |
| Re-subscribing | Available any time from Choose plan |
Things to watch out for
- Cancelling during your free trial means you're never billed. If the trial then runs out with no active plan, a full-screen plan picker blocks the dashboard until you choose one — you can still Sign out, or Switch team if you belong to another team.
- White Label is separate. Turning auto-renew off on your main plan leaves a White Label subscription running, and cancelling White Label from the White Label settings page leaves your main plan alone. The one exception is the new-plan flow above, which ends both.
- Your clients see nothing. They aren't shown your plan and aren't notified about your cancellation. Any billing they see in the client app relates to packages you sell them — a completely separate system.
For help with a cancellation, the footer of the subscription page offers billing support: email help@fitsly.com or open Live Chat.
Quick answers
If I cancel, do I lose access immediately?
No. Your plan stays fully usable until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. The end date is shown on your Current plan card, and you can reactivate any time before it.
