Fitsly lets you put your own brand in front of your clients instead of Fitsly's. It comes in two levels, and they layer rather than compete.
The Brand kit is included with every subscription. It re-skins the standard client app, your automated emails, and your invite links with your business name, colors, and logo — your clients still download the standard client app from the stores.
The White Label add-on is a separate paid subscription. Fitsly builds and publishes your own standalone app on the App Store and Google Play, under your own name and your own developer accounts, with no Fitsly branding anywhere. Your Brand kit still themes everything inside it.
What the Brand kit gives you
Everything in the Brand kit is set on the Branding page of the web dashboard and applies to every client you have.
- Client app — your accent color on buttons, tabs, charts, and highlights; branded background gradients; your logo and business name in the home header; your business name on the splash screen.
- Emails — the client invitation and welcome emails carry your logo, your theme color on the button, your customized wording, and your business name as the sign-off.
- Signup pages — the account setup and download pages a new client sees use your logo, colors, and your own headline, description, and role label.
- Public forms and package payment pages — also branded.
If you set nothing, clients see the standard Fitsly experience: the default purple accent, the Fitsly name and logo, and the default invitation email.
What the White Label add-on gives you
| What you get | Detail |
|---|---|
| Your own app | Its own name, icon, and splash screen, listed on the App Store and Google Play |
| Your own developer accounts | Registered in your own or your business's name — you own the listings, not Fitsly |
| No Fitsly branding | The Fitsly help centre entry is hidden, and sign-in and password screens use your logo and brand color |
| Price | $199 USD/month, billed separately from your Fitsly plan |
| App updates | $100 USD per update, requested manually — the app doesn't take new Fitsly versions automatically |
A branded app only accepts accounts belonging to your business. Anyone signing in with an account from elsewhere gets a sign-in error. The standard client app accepts any account.
How a White Label app comes to life
You complete a five-step application, pay, and the Fitsly launch team takes it from there. There is one application per account for its whole life — a cancelled application is restored, not replaced.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | You're filling in the application; nothing has been charged |
| In review | Submitted and paid; the launch team reviews it |
| Building | Your app is being built and submitted to the stores |
| Live | Published on both stores; the store links are active |
| Cancelled | The subscription has ended and the branded app stops working for clients until you restore it |
Things to watch out for
Brand kit changes never appear instantly on an open app. Clients pick them up the next time their app refreshes its session — for example the next time they sign in — and only after you click Save changes.
All of this lives on the web dashboard. The Branding page and the White Label settings pages are also reachable through the coach mobile app's embedded dashboard; only the Dashboard's White Label cards are hidden there.
Any team member can open the White Label pages and act on the head coach's application, including the actions that charge money. There is no permission setting that restricts this.
