How do I set up my brand kit?

Set your business name, colors, logo, and font, and customize your invitation email, welcome email, and client setup page.

The Brand kit is included with your subscription. It themes the standard client app, your automated emails, and your invite links with your business name, colors, and logo — your clients still download the standard client app from the stores.

The Brand kit lives on the Branding page of the web dashboard. The coach mobile app opens the same dashboard, so everything here works there too.

Set up your Brand kit

  1. Open Branding from the main menu. If you haven't set anything yet, use the Start with a name or Upload a logo prompts to begin.
  2. On the Branding tab, set your business name, theme color, mixer color, logo, and font.
  3. On the Emails tab, customize the client invitation email (subject, title, body, and button text) and the client welcome email (subject, title, and body). The app download buttons are always included below your welcome message.
  4. On the Client setup tab, customize the account setup page — the headline and description clients see when they open your invite link, plus the role label that controls how you're described across the setup flow, for example "nutritionist" instead of "coach".
  5. Watch the live preview on the right. It shows the client app's Home screen and your branded emails as you edit, and follows the tab you're on.
  6. Click Save changes. Nothing applies until you save — the pill above the button shows "Unsaved changes" until you do.

Each email and setup-page card has a Reset to default button that restores the shipped copy when yours differs from it.

Personalize your Brand kit copy with placeholders

Every customizable email and setup page field accepts the same placeholders. Type them exactly as shown and they're swapped in when the message sends or the page loads.

PlaceholderBecomes
\{\{clientFirstName\}\}The client's first name
\{\{coachFirstName\}\}The first name of whoever sends the message
\{\{appName\}\}Your White Label app's name, or "Fitsly" if you don't have one

Things to watch out for

Clients pick up Brand kit changes the next time their app refreshes its session — for example the next time they sign in. Branding isn't pushed to apps that are already open.

Customized emails apply to invitations sent after you save. Emails already on their way keep the old wording.

In the welcome email and on the signup success page, the download buttons point to your own White Label app's store listings once it is live. A store link that isn't available yet is hidden rather than pointing at the standard client app.
