Structured programs are a fixed grid of days and weeks filled with workouts — the Structured programs tab on the Programs page. Copying one to clients makes a one-time copy onto each client's calendar. Later edits to the program don't flow through, which is the main difference from a phased program.
Programs live on the web dashboard under Training → Programs.
Create a structured program
- Go to Training → Programs and switch to the Structured programs tab, then click New program.
- Name it — up to 60 characters — and optionally add a description of up to 800 characters.
- The new program starts as a 2-week grid. Add or remove weeks in 7-day blocks.
- Drag workouts from your library onto the days.
- Save.
A program needs a name to save.
| Setting | Values | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Program name | Up to 60 characters | — (required) |
| Description | Up to 800 characters | Empty |
| Length | Weeks added or removed in 7-day blocks | 2 weeks |
Copy a structured program to client calendars
- In the program editor, click Copy to client calendars. The program needs a name and at least one workout first.
- Pick the clients — up to 10 per copy.
- Choose a start date, today or later. The first workout lands on this date and the rest follow across the program's days.
- Optionally narrow the start day / end day range to copy only part of the program.
- Check the summary, which confirms how many workouts across how many weeks will be copied, then confirm.
Every workout in the range lands on each client's calendar as an independent snapshot, which you can then customize per client.
Duplicate and delete structured programs
Each row's menu offers Duplicate and Delete. You can also select rows and bulk-delete, 10 at a time. Workouts already copied to client calendars are snapshots and stay put.
Things to watch out for
The day range you choose must contain at least one workout, or the copy fails.
Copying is one-time. Editing the program afterwards doesn't change anything already on a client's calendar — edit the client's copy from their profile instead.
Clients are notified at copy time only if one of the copied workouts lands on today in their timezone. Future-dated workouts appear on their schedule silently.
Older accounts may still have legacy on-demand workout collections. That surface is hidden for most coaches and is separate from on-demand library delivery of a phased program.
