How do I control a client's schedule settings and self-rescheduling?

Set how many weeks of their schedule a client can see, allow or block self-rescheduling, and turn their Calendar tab on or off.

Three per-client settings control what the client's schedule shows and allows. All of them save automatically as soon as you change them — there's nothing to submit.

Set how far the client's calendar reaches

On the client's profile, open the Settings tab → TrainingCalendar visibility.

OptionWhat it doesDefault
Show the previous weekLets the client scroll one week backOn
Show the next … weeks aheadLets the client scroll ahead, with a 1–4 week selectorOn, 2 weeks

A They see preview shows the week strip the client will get. Their Calendar tab only offers that window of weeks — the setting isn't adjustable from the client app.

Narrow the window when you don't want a client reading ahead through a program, or widen it when they plan their week in advance.

Let the client reschedule their own workouts

In the same Settings tab → Training panel, under Self-management, Reschedule their own workouts is on by default.

Turning it off hides the move-workout control in the client app. With it on, a client can move a workout they haven't started to today or later, and program workouts must stay within their phase.

Turn the Calendar tab on or off for a client

In the client's profile settings, under feature controls, the Calendar switch — described as "Schedule tab in the app" — is on by default.

Turning it off removes the Calendar tab from that client's app entirely. It's also hidden automatically for archived client accounts.

Things to watch out for

If you switch the weeks-ahead toggle off and later back on, the selector comes back set to 3 rather than the account default of 2. Check it before moving on if you wanted a different reach.

Turning check-ins or habits off for a client removes those cards from their schedule and from their completion rings, not just from one day.

Clients can only manage their own workouts. Photo tasks, metric tasks, habits, and check-ins are scheduled entirely by you, so if a day doesn't suit them they need to ask you to move it.
