Plans change. On a client's Calendar tab you can drag most items to another day, and workouts have their own Actions menu for changing days, copying to several days, or removing them entirely.
Drag an item to another day
Drag any item chip to a different day cell. The move applies instantly and reverts automatically if it fails to save.
| Item | Can be dragged? | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| One-off workout | Yes | Only while its status is Assigned |
| Program workout | Yes | Only if not yet started, and only within its phase's start and end dates |
| Progress photos / body metrics task | Yes | Only while pending; any day, including past days |
| Automation | Yes | Only while pending, and only to a future date — not today or earlier |
| Habit | No | Timing comes from the habit's schedule |
| Check-in form | No | Timing comes from the form's own settings |
In-progress, completed, and coach-logged workouts stay on their day.
Change a workout's day from its preview
- Click the workout chip to open its preview.
- Open Actions and choose Change day.
- Pick any date.
Available while the workout is still Assigned and you haven't started logging it.
Copy a workout to other days
From the same Actions menu, choose Copy to day(s) and multi-select any number of days. Past days can't be selected — today or later only. A copy of the workout appears on each selected day in the client's schedule.
Available while the workout is still Assigned and you haven't started logging it.
Remove a workout from the calendar
Open the workout chip's Actions menu, choose Remove, and confirm. The workout disappears from the client's schedule. Available while the workout is still Assigned and you haven't started logging it.
Delete a progress photo or body metric task
Open the task's chip to reach its panel, then use the delete event action. This removes the scheduled task only — photos or metric entries already logged are kept, and the card simply disappears from the client's schedule.
Reschedule or cancel an automation event
Click a pending automation event to open its edit dialog, where you can change any field including its date (today or later) and time. Dragging works too, but only moves it to tomorrow or later.
To cancel one, click the pending event and choose Delete. It never fires — if its scheduled time had already been queued, it's skipped and marked canceled. Events that have already fired can't be edited or deleted.
Things to watch out for
Habits and check-in forms aren't reschedulable from the calendar at all. Change the habit's schedule from the client's Habits tab, and the form's timing in its own settings.
Clients can move their own workouts too — a workout they haven't started, to today or later — unless you've turned Reschedule their own workouts off for their account. Photo tasks, metric tasks, habits, and check-ins are scheduled entirely by you.
