How do I create and manage discount coupons?
Create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes on a package, set how long they run, and delete ones you no longer want redeemed.
Coupons are discount codes that belong to a single package. You create them on the package's detail page, and buyers enter them at checkout.
Create a coupon
- Open the package's detail page, find Coupons & Promo Codes, and click New coupon — or Create your first coupon if the package has none yet.
- Enter a code — letters and numbers only, up to 30 characters — or click Generate for a random one, such as "PROMO7K2QX". Codes are stored in uppercase, and each code must be unique across your account.
- Pick the discount type, then the value: a percentage from 1 to 100, or a fixed amount capped at the package price. PercentagedefaultFixed amount
- Pick the duration: Once for the first payment only, Multiple months (the form accepts 1–60), or Forever for as long as the subscription lasts. OncedefaultMultiple monthsForever
- Optionally set an expiry date and a maximum number of redemptions.
- Check the live preview, which shows exactly what a buyer will pay, then create the coupon.
Buyers enter the code at checkout under "Have a discount code?" and see the discount on the order summary, along with what each future cycle costs, before paying.

View a coupon's details
The coupons table on the package detail page shows each code's discount, what it applies to, expiry, redemptions used, and status. Open a coupon's row menu for Manage coupon, a read-only summary. A subscriber's coupon status also shows in their detail drawer, with warnings when the coupon is paused, expired, or its discount window has ended.
Delete a coupon
Open the coupon's row menu and choose Delete in Manage coupon. New redemptions stop immediately, but subscribers already using the coupon keep their discount for as long as it was set to run.

No — coupon settings can't be changed after creation. Delete the coupon and create a new one.
