A package is the thing you sell: a one-time program or a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription, with a price, a description, and its own page on your storefront. Packages live under Payments → Packages on the web dashboard.
Create a package
- Go to Payments → Packages and click New package.
- Basics — give it a name, a short tagline, the text for its buy button, and a thumbnail emoji.
- Pricing & billing — pick the currency and price, and the billing model: weekly, monthly, yearly, or one-time. For recurring packages you can also add a setup fee, a subscription length, a minimum commitment, and a free trial in days. An optional compare-at price shows crossed out on the storefront.
- Access & visibility — set whether the package is live for purchase, whether it appears on your storefront, whether clients can cancel it themselves, an optional client-slots cap, and an optional onboarding flow that runs automatically after purchase.
- Description and Benefits — add titled description sections and a checklist of what's included. Both appear on the storefront and can be reordered.
- Click Create package. You land on the package's detail page, and it appears on your storefront immediately if it's live and visible.
A live preview panel shows the storefront card as you type.

Description section titles are capped at 100 characters and bodies at 500; benefit items at 200.
Edit a package
Open the package's detail page and use Edit package or Edit configuration, or the row menu on the packages list. Every field can be changed except the currency.
Price, cancellation, and commitment changes never affect existing subscribers — they keep the terms from when they signed up. New settings apply to new purchases only.
Find a package in your list
The Packages page lists packages ten per page, with text search, an All / Active / Inactive filter, sorting by Recent, Revenue, Clients, or Name, and a rows-or-grid view toggle.
Things to watch out for
- Currency is locked at creation. To sell in a different currency, create a new package.
- Switching to one-time clears recurring-only settings — setup fee, commitment, subscription length, and free trial.
- A commitment can't outlast the subscription length. The form won't accept it.
