Your storefront is a public web page listing your packages. Anyone with the link can browse and buy — no account or login needed. Clients can't buy inside the client app, so the storefront link is how sales happen.
Share your storefront
- Go to Payments → Packages and click Preview storefront to open your public page.
- Copy the address and share it in chat, on socials, or on your website.
- To share a single package instead, open its detail page and use View on storefront or Copy link for its direct URL. The packages list row menu also has View on store.
Your storefront shows your business name, logo, and brand color from your white-label branding settings, or your name and photo otherwise. The page carries a "Powered by Fitsly" footer, and Stripe appears as "Secure checkout · Stripe" in the checkout step only.
Control what's for sale
Two toggles decide whether a package can be found and whether it can be bought. Both are quick toggles on the package detail page and settings in the edit form.
| Toggle | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Live & selling | Off blocks all new purchases; the package's page shows "Unavailable" | On |
| Visible on storefront | Off unlists the package from your public page | On |
A package that's live but hidden can still be bought by anyone with its direct link — that's how you run an unlisted offer. To stop sales entirely, turn off Live & selling.
Existing subscribers keep access and keep billing either way.
Cap how many people can buy
Set Client slots on the package to limit how many people can hold it. The storefront shows spots left, and "Sold out" once capacity is reached. Capacity is re-checked at the moment of purchase, so a buyer can't slip in after the last spot fills.
What a buyer sees on your storefront
Each package shows its price, billing cycle, benefits, and conditions — free trial, setup fee, fixed length, and minimum commitment. Buyers enter their email and name, and the page checks the email as they type:
- An existing client of yours is recognised, and the purchase links to that account.
- A new email creates a client account after payment, with a setup email containing a password link.
- An email registered to a coach account, or to a client of a different coach, is blocked before payment.
If the package has an onboarding flow, it runs for the buyer after purchase — new and existing clients alike.
Things to watch out for
- "Spots left" and your active subscriber count measure different things. Slots are held by active, trialing, and paused subscribers plus one-time buyers, but not past-due ones. Your dashboard's active subscriber count includes past-due clients and excludes one-time buyers, so the two can disagree.
- A purchase never counts against your plan's client limit. A paid signup is always accepted; only the package's own Client slots cap is enforced.
- If your Fitsly account lapses, your storefront closes. A cancelled Fitsly subscription (outside a trial), or a blocked or archived account, shows "Books closed — this coach isn't accepting new purchases right now" and disables checkout. Existing subscriptions aren't cancelled and keep billing.
