The Coaching section of your dashboard compares the last 30 days to the 30 days before. The Status section runs two checks on your roster and tells you who to follow up with.
None of it is configurable — every window and threshold below is fixed, and there are no filters or date pickers on this page.
Read the Client growth insight
Client growth counts how many new clients became active in the last 30 days, with a change pill next to the number: green for up, red for down, and a muted grey "+0" when nothing changed.
Invited clients who haven't accepted yet aren't counted, and archived clients never count. Clients who joined today do count immediately.
The ring around the number is decorative — it fills completely at 5 or more new clients, whatever the real figure. Read the number, not the ring.
Read the Workout compliance insight
Workout compliance is the percentage of scheduled workouts your active clients completed in the last 30 days, with the same green, red, or grey change pill.
| Rule | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| What counts as scheduled | Every non-deleted workout assignment in the window, including skipped ones, plus expected workouts from phased-program schedules |
| Today's workouts | Not counted while the day is in progress |
| Cap | 100% |
| Nothing scheduled | Reads 0% |
| Window boundaries | Aligned to midnight UTC, not your local timezone |
Completing a workout scheduled earlier in the window raises compliance right away — it's only today's scheduled workouts that wait.
One nuance: when a client self-schedules a phased-program workout onto their calendar and hasn't actioned it yet, that copy is left out of the calculation entirely. It counts as neither scheduled nor completed.
Act on clients who've gone quiet
A client is flagged when their most recent completed workout was more than a week ago, or when they've never completed one. "A week" is a rolling 7 × 24 hours at the moment the dashboard fetches its data, not calendar days.
- Click View clients to open the list. Clients are listed newest-added first.
- Read each row for the client's name, online status, and when they were last active in the app — or "Hasn't logged in yet".
- Click a client to open their profile and follow up.
Act on outstanding invitations
This check flags clients who haven't accepted their account invitation yet.
- Click Resend invitations to open the list of pending clients.
- Click a client to open their profile.
- Resend the invitation from there.
The dashboard button only opens the list — there's no bulk resend from the dashboard.
Things to watch out for
Both status rows always render. When nothing is flagged they show an all-clear message instead of a button: "All of your clients have completed a workout in the last week." and "Great work, all of your clients have accepted their account invitations."
Brand-new clients show up as gone quiet. The check flags anyone without a completed workout in the past week, including people who've never completed one, so a client you invited yesterday can appear in both status lists at once. For new invites, act on the invitations list.
0% compliance can mean "nothing scheduled". The card reads 0% both when clients completed none of their scheduled workouts and when nothing was on the calendar at all.
A deleted workout still counts as activity. For the gone-quiet check only, a completed workout counts as recent even if it was later deleted from the client's schedule. Compliance excludes deleted assignments entirely.
