The dashboard is your home page on the web. It answers two questions in one view: how is my business doing, and what needs my attention right now?
Everything on it is read-only at a glance, and most cards link straight to the place where you act. The page loads fresh data every time you open it — there's no caching and no manual refresh control.
The sections of the coach dashboard
| Section | What it shows | Where it takes you |
|---|---|---|
| Money | This month's net revenue, lifetime volume, current balance, and next-payout status | Open Payments opens the payments overview |
| White Label | Your white-label app's status — promo card, progress card, or live card | Your white-label application |
| Coaching | Client growth and workout compliance over the last 30 days | Read-only — nothing to click |
| Forms ready to review | Pending counts for check-in forms, one-time forms, and public forms | Review submissions opens the filtered list; Open Forms opens all of them |
| Status | Clients who've gone quiet, and outstanding invitations | A drawer listing the flagged clients, then their profile |
| Recent activity | Your notifications feed | An in-place detail, or the relevant page |
A banner above the dashboard reports your subscription status when there's something to know — trial days remaining, trial expired, plan cancelled, a failed payment, a plan ending soon, or a client limit exceeded — each with a link to fix it.
Follow the Recent activity rail
The rail on the dashboard is your notifications feed: completed workouts, workout comments, check-in and form submissions, payments, new subscriptions, progress photos, body-metric and goal updates, community activity, and account activations. Welcome messages and team events appear here too.
- Scroll the rail to load more — it loads 20 items at a time.
- Click an item to open its detail in a drawer or modal without leaving the dashboard. Items with no in-place detail navigate to the relevant page instead, and a few open an external link in a new browser tab.
- Mark a single item read with its row action, or use the mark-all icon in the rail header to clear everything at once.
- Click See all activity to open the full notifications drawer.
Opening an item's in-place detail marks it read. Items that navigate away or open an external link stay unread until you use the row's mark-as-read action.
What you see as a team member
Team members get the same Coaching, Forms, Status, and Recent activity sections, but each is scoped differently.
| Section | Team-member scope |
|---|---|
| Coaching insights | Only the clients assigned to you — the view-all-team-resources permission shows the whole roster |
| Status alerts | Only the clients assigned to you, with the same permission exception |
| Forms ready to review | Only submissions to forms you created, with the same permission exception |
| Recent activity | Only the notifications addressed to you — the view-all permission doesn't change this |
The Money and White Label sections never show for team members.
Things to watch out for
The Money section hides on small screens. Revenue, payouts, and the White Label card are shown to the head coach on the web only, at a desktop-size window. They're hidden on a small browser window and in the coach mobile app. If the money figures fail to load, the whole dashboard shows a retry state rather than carrying on without them.
Nothing on the dashboard is configurable. There are no filters, date-range pickers, or thresholds to adjust — every window on this page is fixed.
