A client's Habits tab has three views — Overview, Weekly, and a per-habit detail — and their profile Overview and Calendar surface habits too.
Everything below is on the web dashboard, which the coach mobile app also serves.
Read the habits Overview
The Overview gives one card per habit covering the last 30 days: the current streak, days completed this week out of 7, the goal, and a 14-day activity strip.
| Strip day | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Met | The goal was reached that day |
| Partial | A positive amount short of the goal |
| Missed | A value of 0 or less was logged |
| Empty | Nothing was logged at all |
Read the Weekly table
The Weekly view puts every habit against Monday–Sunday, with the week's goal and average per habit. Today is highlighted, and you can navigate any week back or forward with the arrows or the week picker.
| Cell | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Goal met |
| Amber | A positive amount short of the goal |
| Red | Logged 0 or less |
| Clickable dash | A past day or today with nothing logged — click to log it |
| Plain dash | A future day |
You can log or fix entries inline from this table.

Click any habit for its current streak, longest streak, times completed, and completion rate.
Below that is a trend chart with seven ranges from 7 days to 12 months — it opens on the last 3 months — and the full log history grouped into collapsible weeks with per-week averages, showing each entry's value, status, and note.
How streaks are counted
- A streak is a run of consecutive calendar days with the habit completed.
- Only fully met days count. A partial amount doesn't extend a streak.
- An unfinished today doesn't break the streak — it holds as long as yesterday was completed, and updates once today is logged.
- A measurable habit is complete when the day's total reaches the goal; a Yes/No habit is complete when the day's answer is Yes.
See habits on the client's profile and calendar
- Today's steps tile on their profile Overview always shows. With a steps habit it displays today's logged value for their first steps habit, otherwise "--". Clicking it opens their Habits tab.
- Things to do today lists a row per habit due on the shown day, and you can step through days including tomorrow. Clicking a row opens the quick-log drawer.
- Their Calendar shows habits on their scheduled days alongside workouts, with a filter to toggle habit visibility and monthly completed-of-total habit stats. Clicking a habit opens the quick-log drawer.
Things to watch out for
Weekly habits rarely build long streaks. Because streaks count consecutive calendar days, a habit scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday breaks on the unscheduled days in between. Daily habits are where streaks are meaningful.
