Revenue lives across five surfaces in the Payments area of the web dashboard, each answering a different question: how the business is doing overall, how a package performs, who's subscribed, and what one client has paid.
See your business at a glance on Overview
Payments → Overview shows this-month versus last-month totals with a pace-adjusted change percentage, so a part-finished month is compared fairly against a whole one. Below that sits a payments chart you can view over 7 days, 4 weeks, or 12 weeks, and a recent payments table where each invoice can be refunded or downloaded as a PDF.
See portfolio stats on the Packages page
Payments → Packages carries four figures across your whole catalogue:
| Stat | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active packages | How many packages are currently active |
| Active subscribers | People subscribed across all packages |
| Monthly recurring revenue | Normalised monthly value of your subscriptions |
| Top performer | A card linking to your best-performing package |
See a package's analytics on its detail page
Open a package for hero stats — active subscribers, monthly recurring revenue, lifetime revenue, and trial-to-paid rate — plus:
- A revenue chart over 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
- Average lifetime value.
- New subscribers in the last 30 days versus the prior 30.
- The full subscriber list, filterable by status.
- A Money in & out ledger of charges, refunds, and credits.
- The package's coupons and configuration.
See every subscriber on the Subscriptions tab
Payments → Subscriptions lists every subscription across packages with customer, status, package, revenue, and subscribed date, ten per page. It carries its own revenue stat cards (this month versus last month, pace-adjusted) and a 7-day / 4-week / 12-week payments chart mirroring Overview.
See one client's payments on their profile
A client's Payments tab shows each subscription as a card with price, status, started date, next invoice, cancels-at date, total paid, and any warning banners. Expand a subscription for its payment list with hosted invoice links, and use the payment history section to download PDFs or issue refunds.
How monthly recurring revenue is calculated
Monthly recurring revenue normalises billing cycles so plans on different schedules can be added together:
| Billing model | Counts as |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Roughly 4.33 payments per month |
| Monthly | One payment per month |
| Yearly | One-twelfth of the price per month |
Things to watch out for
- Older packages show no subscriber stats. Packages created before the payments upgrade are legacy packages: they keep selling and billing, but subscriber and revenue analytics aren't tracked, so their stats show em-dashes. Duplicate the package to get a fully tracked version and move new signups to it.
- "Active subscribers" and storefront "spots left" count different things. Slots are held by active, trialing, and paused subscribers plus one-time buyers, but not past-due ones. Active subscribers includes past-due clients and excludes one-time buyers.
