Vault resources is your raw library — every file, video, and link you've uploaded, searchable and taggable. Nothing in it is visible to a client until you share it, either individually or by putting it inside a shared collection.
Resources are managed on the web dashboard.
Add a file or link to your library
- Go to Vault resources and click Add resource.
- Choose Upload File for a file from your device, or Add Link for an external URL.
- Enter a Resource name. Optionally add Tags and a cover photo.
- For a file, drag and drop it or choose it from your device. For a link, enter the full URL including
http://orhttps://. - Click Upload File or Add Link.

What happens after you upload a video
Videos are processed after upload so they stream properly in the client app. A progress toast shows the upload percentage, then "Processing video…".
While a video shows a Processing label, its card can't be opened or viewed. The list re-checks every 10 seconds and unlocks the card automatically when processing finishes. You can still edit the resource's details while it processes. If processing fails you'll see an error message — upload it again.
Tag your resources
Create a tag from the Add or Edit resource form. Tags organize your library and power the tag filter on the Vault resources page.
Duplicate tag names aren't blocked, and tags can't be renamed or deleted once created — so pick names carefully.
Find a resource in your library
The Vault resources page lists resources 12 per page, with a text search and a tag filter you can set to several tags at once. There's no sorting, reordering, or bulk action on resources.
View, edit, and delete a resource
Each resource card has an actions menu:
- View resource — files and links open in a new browser tab; finished videos open their streaming page in a new tab.
- Edit resource — change any field, including replacing the file or switching a resource between file and link.
- Delete resource — after a confirm step, the resource disappears from your library and from every client's Files page.
Things to watch out for
- Edits go live immediately. There's no draft state, so clients see your changes the next time they open the Vault.
- Deleting a resource doesn't remove it from a collection that already contains it — remove it from the collection's section as well.
- Deletion is one resource at a time. There's no bulk delete for resources.
