How do I buy a coaching package and manage my plan?

Buy a package from your coach's web storefront, then view, cancel, or reactivate your plan and manage cards and receipts in the app.

You buy on your coach's public web storefront — there's no purchase inside the client app. Afterwards, your plan, cards, and receipts all live in the app under your profile.

Buy a package

  1. Open the storefront link your coach shares. Each package shows its price, billing cycle, what's included, and any conditions — a free trial, a setup fee, a fixed length ("Ends after N payments"), a minimum commitment, or "Cancel anytime".
  2. If a discount code is available, a Have a discount code? option shows at checkout. Enter your code and Apply — the order summary then shows the discount and what each future cycle costs.
  3. Tap the buy button and enter your email and name. Names are up to 35 characters each.
  4. Review the order summary: what's charged today, the trial period, setup fee, discounts, fixed length, and commitment.
  5. Tap Continue to payment and enter your card in Stripe's secure checkout, then land on a confirmation page.

The page checks your email as you type. If you're already a client of this coach, the purchase links to your existing account and the name fields disappear. If you're new, an account is created for you after payment. An email registered with a different coach, or a coach account, is blocked before payment.

Sold out means the package is at capacity — spots are re-checked at the moment of purchase. Unavailable means your coach isn't selling it right now, and Books closed means nothing on that page can be bought.

Get set up after you pay

  • New to this coach — check your inbox for a setup email with a link to create your password. The link keeps working until your account is set up. Then download the client app and sign in.
  • Already a client — the purchase is added to your existing account. Just open the app and sign in as usual.

If the package has an onboarding flow, it runs on your account after purchase.

View and manage your plan

Open your profile settings. The plan card shows your package, price, and next renewal or end date; tap through for the full screen.

With one plan, you get a hero card with the status, next billing date and amount, and the card being charged. With several, you get a combined monthly total, a plan carousel, and upcoming charges. Quick actions take you to Manage plan, Methods, and Receipts.

To cancel:

  1. Open Manage plan.
  2. Tap Cancel plan and confirm.

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then ends — never immediately. The badge changes to a cancelling state with the end date, and your coach is notified. Tap Reactivate any time before that date and billing continues as before.

Cancelled subscriptions are listed in the past-plans section.

Manage your payment cards

Open Payment methods from your plan screen. Your saved cards show as a swipeable carousel with each card's brand, last digits, and expiry, and the primary card is badged — subscriptions charge the primary card.

ActionWhat to know
Add a cardA Stripe-hosted form, with a Set as primary card switch on by default
Set as primarySelect a non-primary card and tap Set as primary
Remove a cardAvailable for non-primary cards when you have more than one on file

View your receipts

Open Receipts from your plan screen. Invoices are grouped by month with a paid-this-year total and payment count, and filter tabs for All, Paid, Drafts, and Void. Expand an invoice for its number, the card used, and its line items — View receipt opens the hosted invoice page and Download opens the PDF.

A receipt email is sent for each successful subscription payment. One-time purchases don't send one — use the confirmation page or your billing history.

Things to watch out for

Cancelling isn't always available. If your plan has a minimum commitment, the option unlocks on the date shown. If your coach turned off self-cancel for the package, you'll see "Contact your coach to cancel" — reach out to them instead.

A failed payment shows a past-due state with an Update card shortcut. The charge is retried automatically, and your coach can retry it too. Add or switch your primary card if it keeps failing.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your coach issues them, and your bank notifies you when the funds settle.
