You can't sign up on your own. Every client account starts with an email invitation from your coach. You set the account up on a web page, then install the client app and sign in there.
Your coach may run everything under their own brand — their logo, colors, welcome message, and app name. It all works exactly the same way.
Accept your coach's invitation
- Open the invitation email from your coach — "[Your coach] has invited you to train with them!" — and tap the signup link. Your coach may also send you the link directly.
- The link opens a personal setup page showing your coach's name, photo or logo, and any welcome message they wrote.
- Your email address is already filled in and can't be changed here. Check your first and last name, which are pre-filled and editable.
- Choose your country. It arrives pre-selected from your coach's country, and you can change it.
- Create a password, then tap Create account & continue.
Everything you enter here can be changed later from your profile in the app.

Download the client app
Finishing setup lands you on an "all set" page with App Store and Google Play buttons. The same download links are emailed to you in a welcome email.
- Tap the button for your phone and install the app.
- Open the app and sign in with your email address and the password you just created.
Finishing setup on the web doesn't sign you in anywhere — installing the app and signing in is always the next step.
Things to watch out for
Your invite link works once. Once your account is set up, the link stops working and shows "Invalid signup code". If you've already finished setup, just sign in to the app. If you haven't and the link won't work, ask your coach for a fresh invitation.
You can't reset a password you never set. Until you've used your invite link, your account has no password and Forgot password? won't send you anything — you'll be told to use the setup link from your coach instead.
Your account only works in the client app. Client accounts and coach accounts are separate, so your sign-in won't work on a coach dashboard.
If your coach runs their own branded app, only accounts belonging to that coach can sign in to it. If that app ever shows "This app is no longer available", your account and data are intact — contact your coach about how to continue.
