How do I find my way around the app home page?
Read the This week card, your streak stat cards, and the weekly summary at the top of the Progress tab in the client app.
The home screen of the client app is a read-only summary of how your week is going. There's nothing to set up or configure — the cards fill themselves in and refresh whenever you open the app or pull to refresh.
Read the This week card
The This week card is headed by a summary line — "{X}-day streak · {Y} workouts in 7 days" — with a Monday-to-Sunday day grid inside it. The days come from workouts your coach scheduled plus any you started yourself, including program days you haven't started yet.
| Marker | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Check | You completed that day's workout |
| Highlighted ring | Today, with a workout still to do |
| Faint ring | An upcoming scheduled workout |
| Dashed grey ring | A past scheduled workout you didn't complete |
| Zzz | A rest day, with nothing scheduled |
Today's cell is always highlighted whatever its marker — a check once you've finished today's workout, Zzz on a rest day.
Tap anywhere on the card to open your Calendar tab. If your coach has turned your calendar off, tapping the card does nothing.
Read your streak stat cards
Below the This week card sit two stat cards:
- Consecutive workout streak — how many workouts you've completed back-to-back without missing a scheduled one. It counts workouts, not calendar days, even though the card shows the number with "days" beside it.
- Workouts in the last 7 days — completed workouts in the trailing week, including ones you started on your own.
When your streak is active, it also appears beside the "This week" heading.
Read the weekly summary on your Progress tab
The card at the top of the Progress tab, headed This week, shows three stats and refreshes every time you open the tab.
| Your plan | The three stats |
|---|---|
| Training on | Completed this week (workouts in the last 7 days), Worked out in a row, No missed sessions |
| Training off, calorie goal set | On target this week, Logged in 7 days, On-target streak |
| Training off, no calorie goal | Logged this week, Meals logged in 7 days, Daily logging streak |
The nutrition versions only appear when nutrition is on and your coach hasn't hidden macros — otherwise the card doesn't appear at all.
Things to watch out for
Workouts you start yourself always help. They count toward your totals and extend your streak, and they never break it.
Cards can disappear. If your coach turns training off for you, the This week block and training stats are hidden. Cards also hide rather than showing an error when their numbers fail to load; they come back on the next successful refresh.
Quick answers
Why didn't my unfinished workout today break my streak?
Streaks give you the benefit of the doubt while the day is still in progress. A scheduled workout only breaks a streak once the day has passed uncompleted. "Worked out in a row" reads 0 on a day with no workout at all.
