How do I find my way around the Fitsly app home page?

The Home tab shows today's workout, tasks, and key updates from your coach. Use the bottom tabs to reach Progress, Calendar, Nutrition, and Vault.

The home page is the Home tab in the Fitsly app. It shows your greeting, today's workout, anything your coach has pinned for you, today's tasks, and quick links to your community, vault, streaks, and insights. Use the five tabs at the bottom to move between sections.

The bottom tabs

There are five tabs at the bottom of the app:

  • Home — today's workout, tasks, pinned notes, and updates from your coach.
  • Progress — your progress over time.
  • Calendar — your weekly training schedule and any habits, check-ins, or events.
  • Nutrition — log food, view your macros, and track what you've eaten.
  • Vault — resources your coach has shared with you.

If a tab is missing for you (for example, no Nutrition or Vault), your coach has disabled that section for your account. Ask your coach to turn it on.

What's at the top of the Home tab

The top bar shows:

  • Your coach's logo and business name on the left (if your coach has set their branding).
  • A bell icon for notifications. A blue badge shows your unread count.
  • A message icon for chats with your coach. A red badge shows unread messages. The icon is hidden if your coach has disabled messaging for your account.
  • Your profile photo on the right. Tap it for Profile settings, Help center, and Log out.

Below the top bar you'll see the date and a greeting with your first name.

What's on the Home tab

The Home tab is laid out top to bottom like this:

  1. Today's workout — the workout your coach has scheduled for today, with a button to start or continue it. If training is disabled for you, this is replaced by a nutrition card.
  2. Pinned notes — notes your coach has pinned for you to see at the top.
  3. Forms to complete — any check-in or one-time forms your coach has assigned that you haven't submitted yet.
  4. Nutrition targets — your daily macros and how close you are to them. Hidden if nutrition is off or your coach has hidden macros.
  5. Today's tasks — habits to log and check-ins due today.
  6. Community — your community feed, if your coach has added you to one.
  7. Vault — recently shared resource collections from your coach.
  8. Week streak — your workout streak for the current week.
  9. Insights — a summary of your training activity.

Pull down on the Home tab to refresh everything.

If your account has been archived

If your coach has archived your account, the Home tab only shows a banner explaining the archived state and any pinned notes from your coach. Today's workout, tasks, nutrition, and other sections are hidden until your coach unarchives you.

Things to watch out for

  • Sections only appear if your coach has enabled them for you. Training, Nutrition, Community, Vault, and Messaging can each be turned on or off per client.
  • The greeting and date at the top of Home can't be changed — they update automatically based on your timezone.
  • Pull-to-refresh reloads everything on the Home tab. There's no separate refresh button.
  • A new notifications badge or message badge does not clear by itself — open the notifications page or the conversation to mark it as read.
