How do I see my schedule and complete today's tasks?
Use the Calendar tab to see everything your coach scheduled, open each task card, and move your own workouts.
The Calendar tab in the client app is your week at a glance — everything your coach has scheduled for you, grouped by day, so you know what's due and what's done.
Find your schedule
Tap Calendar in the bottom tab bar. You'll see:
- A week strip across the top. Each day shows its date and a completion ring that fills as you finish that day's items, becoming a check when the day is fully done. Today is marked with a dot.
- A day-by-day agenda below. Each day lists its tasks as cards — workouts first, then habits, check-ins, and progress photo or body metric tasks — with a done count like "2/3", or "3/3 done" when everything's finished. On today, the count is replaced by a Today pill. Days with nothing planned say "Nothing scheduled".
Tap a day in the strip to jump the agenda to that day.
Move between weeks on your schedule
- Swipe the week strip left or right, or tap the arrows beside it.
- Read the header to see which week you're on — "This Week", "Last Week", "Next Week", or "In 2 Weeks".
- Tap Today to jump straight back to the current week.
You can browse from last week through the next two weeks, unless your coach has changed it. They can extend the look-ahead to four weeks, or turn either direction off.
Complete today's tasks
Tap a card to open it:
| Card | What it opens |
|---|---|
| Workout | The workout, so you can start, continue, or review it |
| Habit | Habit logging for that specific day |
| Check-in | The form to fill in, or that day's submission once it's done |
| Take your progress photos | The progress photos screen |
| Record your body metrics | Body metrics logging |
A workout card's subtitle tells you where you're at:
A completed workout card opens your results. Completed cards get a check and a crossed-out title.
Move a workout to another day
- Open the workout and tap the calendar-move button.
- Pick a new day — today or later.
This works as long as you haven't started the workout, and your coach hasn't turned off rescheduling for your account. A program workout must stay within its phase's dates; moves outside them are rejected. You can also change an upcoming program workout's day from its row on the program detail screen.
To abandon a workout you've already started, open it, tap the trash icon, and confirm. The session is discarded and the day's card goes back to not started.
Things to watch out for
The calendar needs a connection. If it can't load, you'll see an error screen with a Go back button, and the schedule reloads next time you open the tab.
Quick answers
Can I move a habit, check-in, or photo task to another day?
No. Only your own workouts are yours to move. Habits, check-ins, and photo and metric tasks are scheduled entirely by your coach — if a day doesn't suit, message your coach and ask them to reschedule it.
