To move a workout to a different day, open the workout from your My Schedule tab, tap the circular arrow button at the top of the workout page, choose the new date, and confirm.
Steps to reschedule a workout
- Open the Fitsly app and go to the Training tab, then make sure you're on My Schedule.
- Find the workout you want to move and tap it to open the workout page.
- At the top of the workout page, tap the circular arrow button next to the back arrow.
- In the Change workout day sheet, tap the Date field to open the date picker.
- Pick the new date and confirm.
- Tap Change day. You'll see a confirmation: "This workout has been moved to [date]."
Can I move multiple workouts at once?
No. Workouts are moved one at a time. There's no bulk-reschedule option in the client app — open each workout individually and use the circular arrow button.
Are there other ways to move a workout?
No. The circular arrow button on the workout page is the only way to reschedule. There's no drag-and-drop on the schedule, no long-press menu, and no way to swap two days. If you need many workouts moved, ask your coach — they can reschedule from their end.
Things to watch out for
- The circular arrow button only shows up if your coach has enabled Allow the client to move their workout dates for you. If you don't see the button, ask your coach to turn it on.
- You can only reschedule workouts that haven't started yet. Once a workout is in progress, completed, or marked as missed, the circular arrow button is hidden — you can't move it.
- The date picker won't let you move a workout to a date in the past.
