How do I track my progress, photos, and body metrics?
Use the Progress tab and your scheduled photo and metric tasks to record body metrics, progress photos, and goals.
Your progress lives in two places in the client app: the Progress tab, which gathers your stats and history, and your Calendar, where your coach schedules progress photo and body metric tasks.
Everything you record is shared with your coach. If your coach turns off body metrics or progress photos for your account, that tile disappears from the Progress tab and its tasks stop appearing.
Read your weekly stats on the Progress tab
The This week card at the top of the Progress tab shows three stats for your week, refreshed every time you open the tab.
With training enabled, the stats are workouts completed this week (the trailing 7 days), days worked out in a row, and your no-missed-sessions streak.
If your plan is nutrition-focused and training is turned off, the card shows nutrition stats instead — days on target this week, meals logged in 7 days, and your on-target streak when you have a calorie goal; days logged, meals logged, and your daily logging streak when you don't. If nutrition is off or your coach has hidden macros, the card doesn’t appear at all.
Take your scheduled progress photos
- Open the Calendar tab and find the day with the Take your progress photos card.
- Tap the card to open the progress photos screen.
- Save your photos.
The card ticks itself off as "Progress photos submitted" — you never mark it done manually — and your coach sees it ticked on their calendar too.
Record your body metrics
- Open the Calendar tab and find the Record your body metrics card.
- Tap it to open body metrics logging.
- Save your values.
As with photos, the card checks itself off as "Body metrics recorded".
Body metrics also come in through your check-ins. A body metric question shows your last logged value and the change since, and your answer writes into your body metrics automatically, dated to the submission. Progress photo questions in a form work the same way — the photos are added to your progress photos, with one labelled slot per pose your coach asked for.
Set and edit your goals
Open the Progress tab and tap Goal Setting. The screen notes that your goals are shared with your coach.
If you have no goals yet, three suggested starter goals can be adopted with a tap — each opens the editor pre-filled so you can adjust it first. A goal is free text between 1 and 1,000 characters. You can edit or delete any goal, and deleting removes it from your coach's view as well.
Your coach sees the same list on your profile, and can add, edit, and delete goals too.
Quick answers
Can I move a photo or metric task to another day?
No. Photo and metric tasks, habits, and check-ins are scheduled entirely by your coach. If a day doesn't suit, message your coach and ask them to move it.
