To track your progress, tap the Progress tab at the bottom of the app. The page is titled Progress and shows your training streaks at the top, followed by cards that link to every place you can record or review your progress.
Training streaks at the top
If your coach has training enabled for you, the page opens with a horizontally scrollable row showing three stats:
- Workouts completed in the last 7 days.
- Consecutive day streak — how many days in a row you've worked out.
- Consecutive workout streak — how many scheduled workouts in a row you've completed without missing one.
This row is hidden if training is disabled for your account or your account is archived.
What each card opens
Tap any card to open that section. Cards only appear if your coach has enabled the matching feature for you.
- Habit Tracking — log and review the habits your coach has assigned to you.
- Communities — view and post in communities your coach has added you to.
- Body Metrics — record measurements like weight and body fat, plus any custom metrics your coach has set up. View charts of how each metric has changed over time.
- Check-In Forms — submit check-in forms your coach has assigned and review past submissions.
- Nutrition Metrics — view trends for calories and macros over time. Only shown if your coach is showing macros.
- Freestyle Workout — start a freestyle workout you build on the fly. Only shown if your coach has allowed you to create your own workouts.
- Exercise History — see every set you've logged for any exercise, with weights and reps.
- Workout History — see every workout you've completed, with the date, duration, and details.
- Personal Bests — your best lifts and times across every exercise you've trained.
- Progress Photos — upload progress photos and compare them side by side over time.
- Goal Setting — set and update goals you're working towards with your coach.
Integrations
If you've connected Apple Health, an Integrations section appears at the bottom of the page with an Apple Health card. Tap it to view your synced steps, workouts, energy, body composition, heart rate, and sleep data inside Fitsly.
Things to watch out for
- Cards are hidden if your coach has disabled the matching feature. If something is missing — for example, no Body Metrics or no Progress Photos — ask your coach to turn that feature on for you.
- The Nutrition Metrics card is hidden if your coach has chosen not to show you macros, even when nutrition itself is enabled.
- The streaks row, Habit Tracking, Communities, Check-In Forms, Nutrition Metrics, and Goal Setting cards are hidden if your account is archived. Body Metrics and Progress Photos remain visible so you can still review your past data.
- The Apple Health card only shows once you've connected Apple Health from your phone. Connect it from Profile settings → App Integrations.
