Your coach sends you check-ins — recurring forms about your training, nutrition, and progress — and sometimes one-time forms like an onboarding questionnaire. You fill them all in the client app.
You can't create or schedule forms yourself. Your coach sets what you get and when.
Find your forms
There are four places a form shows up:
- Home → Today's Tasks — check-ins due today, ticked off once submitted, counting into the combined Today's Tasks progress.
- The Check-ins screen — a due card per form due today, an Upcoming list of your other assigned forms with their schedules and next dates, a From your coach card with the latest submission they commented on, and a History of everything you've submitted grouped by month.
- Your weekly schedule — check-ins sit on their scheduled days alongside workouts, and you can open one from any day.
- When you open the app — outstanding one-time forms appear as a checklist with each form's question count and an estimated time ("~3 min") or a "signature required" note. A pinned button starts the next one, and finishing the last shows a You're all set screen. Your coach can turn this prompt off, in which case the forms just wait in your list.
Fill in a form
- Open the form from Today's Tasks, your schedule, or the Check-ins screen.
- Answer each question and tap Next. A progress bar along the top shows how far through you are.
- Tick any agreement checkboxes on the final step. Next won't advance until the required ones are ticked, and the button beside an agreement opens its full terms.
- On the Review & send screen, check your answers — tap any row to jump back and change one.
- Tap Send to {coach} for a check-in, or Submit form for a one-time form.
Questions marked Required won't let you continue unanswered; optional ones can be left blank. You must answer at least one question to submit. After sending you get a confirmation screen, with your streak for check-ins, and your coach is notified.
Question types worth knowing
| Type | What you do |
|---|---|
| Text, number, date | Type or pick the value |
| Yes/No, 1–10 scale, star rating | Tap your answer |
| Select one, checklist | Choose from cards or tick multiple |
| Photo or video upload | Attach from your phone |
| Progress photos | One labelled slot per pose your coach asked for — front, side, back |
| Body metric | A number entry showing your last logged value and the change since |
| Signature | Sign above the baseline with your finger; Clear wipes it to start over |
A body metric answer writes into your body metrics automatically, dated to the submission, and progress photos are added to your progress photos.
Review a submission and read your coach's comments
Tap a submission in History, or the From your coach card. You'll see the date, a Completed badge, a headline card for any logged body metric with its change since your last check-in, and every answer with its question.
When your coach reviews a submission and leaves comments, they appear as a message card with a Reply to {coach}… row that jumps into chat. The same comment also lands in your chat thread, so you can reply from either place.
The bin button at the top of a submission deletes it after a confirmation. It leaves your history and your coach's queue, and deleting a one-time form's submission makes that form outstanding again.
Things to watch out for
Check-ins aren't locked to their schedule. The schedule drives reminders, not access. You can submit outside the scheduled days, and the top card on the Check-ins screen can be tapped to fill the form even when nothing is due.
You can catch up on a missed check-in. Open it from a past day on your schedule and the submission is recorded against that day.
Reminders come from your coach's settings. A "Check-in Reminder" push arrives at the time they set, on the form's scheduled days, in your timezone. Completing a check-in early doesn't cancel that day's reminder, and there's no per-form notification setting on your side.
