Your coach assigns habits — small daily or weekly actions like drinking water, hitting a step goal, or winding down before bed. You log them in the client app, build streaks, and see your consistency over time.
You can't create, edit, pause, or delete habits yourself. Every habit comes from your coach.
Find your habits
| Where | What you see |
|---|---|
| Home → Today's Tasks | Today's habits with a checkbox and progress toward the goal, counting into the combined Today's Tasks progress bar |
| Progress → Habit Tracking | The full Habits screen: 7-day completion ring, Streaks card, and every assigned habit |
| Training → My Schedule | Habits on each scheduled day alongside your workouts, with a progress bar, counted in the week strip's day dots |
Tap a habit anywhere to open its detail: today's progress ring with a + to log, the goal, your coach's description, a history chart, and your statistics.
If you have no habits yet, the Habits screen's empty state has an Ask {your coach's first name} button that opens chat.
Log a habit
- Tap the habit from Today's Tasks, the Habits screen, or your schedule.
- For a measurable habit, enter the amount to add — up to 2 decimal places. Amounts add up through the day toward your goal, so you can log a bit at a time.
- For a Yes/No habit, answer Yes or No. Yes starts selected. You can also record an optional measurement, which replaces any earlier value for that day rather than adding to it.
- Optionally add a note. You can save a note on its own without changing the amount.
- Tap Log habit.
You get a confirmation like "Added 2 cups to Stay Hydrated." When you hit your goal, a "Great work, you've hit your goal for today! 🎉" banner appears and the habit is checked off in Today's Tasks. Your coach sees the day's total, notes included.
Log a different day
Change the Log date on the log screen to fill in another day. There's no cutoff on past days, and the picker allows future days too. You can also open a specific day's habit from your weekly schedule.
Each habit holds one entry per day, so picking a day that already has an entry pre-fills it and saving updates that day.
To fix a mistake on a measurable habit, use Reset to zero — it clears the selected day's amount so you can start over. Reset doesn't apply to Yes/No habits.
Read your streaks and statistics
The Habits screen shows a header ring with your completion rate over the last 7 days, and a Streaks card with your best current streak and your longest-ever streak across all habits, each naming the habit that holds it.
Each habit's detail has a history chart, with ranges All / 6M / 3M / 1M covering the last 180, 90, and 30 days. Below it, Statistics · All time covers every entry regardless of the chart range:
| Statistic | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total completed | Days where the goal was fully met |
| Completion rate | Fully-met days as a share of scheduled days |
| Current / best streak | Consecutive fully-met days |
| Total volume | Everything you logged, partial days included |
| Daily average | Total volume averaged over the days that have a log |
Volume and daily average don't apply to Yes/No habits.
Things to watch out for
Partial amounts don't extend a streak. Only days where you fully met the goal count. An unfinished today holds your streak as long as you completed yesterday.
Some habits fill themselves in. If you sync Apple Health, habits measured in steps and sleep habits measured in hours are filled in automatically. The synced number sets your total for the day, replacing anything you entered by hand.
Reminder times come from your coach. A reminder push arrives at their chosen time in your own timezone. Daily habits remind every day, weekly habits only on their scheduled days, and completing a habit early doesn't cancel that day's reminder. If the time doesn't suit you, ask your coach to change it.
