How do I see my results, history, and personal bests?

Review a session's results, rate and comment on it, and browse your workout history, exercise charts, and records.

Every session you finish lands on a results screen, and everything you've ever logged is kept on the Progress tab. Your coach sees it all, and is notified when you complete a workout.

Review and rate a session

The results screen opens automatically when you finish, and you can reopen it from any completed workout — tapping a completed workout on your schedule goes straight there.

It shows:

  • Your training duration
  • Exercises and sets completed
  • Your total volume, in your units (kg or lb)
  • Any personal bests from the session

Rate the session on the effort slider — from 😮‍💨 to 😵‍💫 — so your coach knows how it felt. They see your rating as Easy through Too hard.

Comment on a workout

You and your coach can both comment on any workout, up to 2,000 characters per comment. Your coach is notified of your comments, and theirs notify you ("… left a comment on your workout"), taking you to the results screen.

Depending on your coach's messaging settings, workout comments can also appear in your chat with them.

Edit or delete logged results

From the results screen:

  • The pencil reopens the workout player so you can amend what you logged, including completed sections.
  • The trash deletes the workout's results. A confirmation warns that everything logged for that workout goes.

Both need your account to be active. An archived account can view results but can't change them.

Browse your workout and exercise history

On the Progress tab:

TileWhat it holds
Workout HistoryYour past sessions, searchable by workout name
Exercise HistoryEvery exercise you've logged, searchable — open one for its metrics and charts of your numbers over time
Personal BestsYour records per exercise, and the sessions that produced them

Check your personal bests

Progress → Personal Bests tracks a record per exercise in five categories:

RecordWhat it measures
Max VolumeThe most total volume in one session
Heaviest WeightYour heaviest single load
Most RepsYour highest rep count
Longest DurationYour longest logged time
Longest DistanceYour furthest logged distance

New records set during a session also get a celebration screen before your results.

See your streaks

The Snapshot card at the top of the Progress tab summarises the week — workouts completed this week, days worked out in a row, and your no-missed-sessions streak. Your home screen carries the same streak beside the This week card, along with the workouts you've completed in the last 7 days.

Workouts you start yourself count toward these totals and extend your streak, and they never break it.
