Fitsly does not have a self-serve "extend trial" button. To get extra trial time, or to re-open a trial that has already expired, message the Fitsly team through the in-app Live Chat with the email your account is registered under and the team will extend your trial manually.
Steps to request an extension
- Click Live Chat (the chat-bubble icon). The messenger opens in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Send a short message that includes:
- The email address your Fitsly account is registered under.
- How long you'd like the extension for, along with a reason.
- Wait for the team to reply. If approved, they will adjust your trial end date on the back end.
- Once the team confirms, refresh the coach app (or close and reopen it). Your trial end date will reflect the new period.
If you've already been charged
If your free trial expired before you got a chance to properly test Fitsly and your card was charged for the first paid month, message Live Chat and explain. The team can refund you manually — you do not need to raise a refund through your bank.
If you cancelled mid-trial and now see "trial already used"
Cancelling your subscription during the original 14-day trial does not end your access. You should still be able to use Fitsly for the remainder of those 14 days. If the app is showing "trial already used" before the 14-day window is up, message Live Chat with your account email and the team will look into it on their end.
Things to watch out for
- Cancel before the extended trial ends if you decide not to continue. The team grants an extension by extending the paid subscription's free-trial window, so if you don't cancel before the new end date, you will be charged automatically. Cancellation is done from your subscription settings inside Fitsly, not by replying in the chat.
- There is no "extend trial" button anywhere in the coach app. The Live Chat request is the only path.
- The team also may accept trial-extension requests through Instagram DMs at
@tryfitsly, but Live Chat is preferred because the conversation stays attached to your account record. - If your trial end date does not update after the team confirms, refresh the page in your browser or fully close and reopen the coach desktop app.
