How do I extend my free trial?
What your 14-day trial includes, what happens when it runs out, and how to reach Fitsly billing support if you need more time.
Every new coach account starts with a 14-day free trial of full access, counted from the day the account is created. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends means you're never billed.
The Current plan card on the subscription page shows the plan you're trialing and when your first charge is due.
What the free trial includes
Every feature is included — the trial isn't feature-limited. The signup welcome flow ends with a required step to pick a plan and add a card.
Your client limit during the trial is the limit of the plan you picked, with Pending clients counting toward it. Only an account with no plan set is capped at 5 clients during the trial.
Ask Fitsly about more trial time
There's no self-serve control that adds days to a trial. If you need more time before your first charge, contact billing support:
- Go to Settings → Subscription on the web dashboard.
- Scroll to the footer.
- Email help@fitsly.com or open Live Chat, and explain what you need. Include the email address your account is registered under, how much extra time you're after, and why.
What happens when your trial ends
If you keep the plan you chose at signup, your first payment is collected when the trial ends and your plan's full client limit takes effect. Nothing else changes.
If you cancelled during the trial and it runs out with no active plan, a full-screen plan picker blocks the dashboard until you choose one. You can still Sign out, or Switch team if you belong to another team. Choosing a plan unlocks everything again.
Start a plan after your trial has expired
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Choose plan.
- Pick a billing cycle — yearly is 10× the monthly price, so it works out to two months free. Bill monthlyBill yearly
- Select a plan, review the order summary, and pay with your saved default card or a new one.
Things to watch out for
- Trial changes are never charged. Switching plans while you're still trialing charges nothing today either way — the card is saved, and the first payment is collected when the trial ends.
- Your team is blocked while your trial is expired. Team members see a "Billing isn't active for this workspace yet" notice until you choose a plan. Access is re-checked about once a minute, so they're let back in without a re-login.
